SHIPPING POLICY

 

Free shipping on every order — no minimum.

 

Order processing: Each UKEM piece is made to order by our production partner. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced and packed before it ships.

 

Delivery times: Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 7–12 business days. International delivery times vary by destination and can take 10–20 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

 

Order changes: Because items are made to order, we can only change or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

 

Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us and we'll make it right.
